Our Refund Policy:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a Week.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again..
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.



  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns:

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: 114, Nehru Nagar, Main Road, Cross Kottivakkam, Off

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Destinations:

Venus Interior ships furniture to selected cities within India. Customers can check if delivery is available to their pincode during the checkout process. If courier service is unavailable in the area, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

*Please note that we do not currently offer the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. Each destination requires a separate order.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Domestic Orders: Venus Interior provides free shipping within India for furniture orders.

International Orders: For orders shipping outside India, customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable duties at the destination.

Customs Clearance: All furniture shipments exported from India are subject to clearance by the Indian Customs office. Products and documentation are processed and inspected by the Customs office before delivery. Please disregard any package messages regarding not accepting tampered packages, as they are sealed for customs inspection.

Shipping Partners: Our domestic logistic partners include Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpress Bees, and Ecom Express. For international shipments, we partner with DHL.

* Please note for international orders, customers are required to pay shipping charges at the time of purchase. Additionally, any customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the logistic partner upon delivery. All shipments are on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Order Tracking:

All registered customers can track their orders by logging into their Venus Interior account and accessing the “My Account” section.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. We strive to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Delivery Time for Domestic Orders:

Furniture is typically delivered within 5-10 working days in India from the date of order confirmation. Delivery may be delayed by governmental authorities or entities acting on behalf of the government. In the rare event of a delivery delay, we will notify you and provide a refund if necessary. We partner with reputable courier agencies to ensure prompt and secure delivery. Please note that recipients must present a government-issued photo identification for verification upon delivery, such as:

  • Pan card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voter identification card
  • Aadhar Card
